Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

• We only ship to physical street addresses within the United States.
• We do not ship to PO or APO addresses or outside of the United States.

SHIPPING METHODS

In order to keep our costs (and yours) as low as possible we use a flat rate of $2.07 for the first item and $0.68 for each additional item.

• 1-2 DVDs: First Class Mail (3-4 business days)
• 3+ DVDs: Media Mail (5-14 business days)

RETURNS POLICY

• Any claim regarding quality or quantity MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• Returns will be accepted with prior authorizations only.
• Surplus items are sold "as is" with no returns.
• If the wrong product was shipped in our error, a call tag will be issued to return the items.
• For all other returns, shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
• Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
