After killing his parents¸ Patrick becomes comatose and is placed into a hospital. Kathy Jacquard is hired as his nurse amid her own personal marital troubles. It becomes apparent to Kathy that Patrick isn’t what he appears to be despite his constant blank stare. Patrick begins to telekinetically interfere in Kathy’s life and wants to claim her for his own. Many frogs are killed.
