Sure he's the darling of the Hollywood independent scene, but we love him for having written PIRANHA, THE HOWLING, ALLIGATOR, BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS, and, of course, making this little gem. In some ways, BROTHER FROM ANOTHER PLANET feels like an urban, adult version of E.T., but it seems to be somehow truer to the hope of friendly aliens than Spielberg's masses-appreciated movie. More importantly, it's also aged better. Having seen E.T. recently, I was horrified at how much I disliked the characters. This one still works for me (so does STARMAN, by the way). I hope you all take the time to check this one out. Not to mention Leon (aka Leon Robinson) gives an outstanding silent performance.

not sure why you are not seeing it?

Hey Walt. There are a few reasons why you might not be able to see the movies:
1. You don't have the latest flash plug-in, go to adobe and download the latest flash plug in, and that might do the trick
2. You are on an iPad. Steve jobs refused to let the flash plugin to work on his IOS. I was a big fan of steve, but this was a huge curveball for all developers. We are in the process of developing an HTML 5 player, and encoding all our movies again, so that work on both platforms, but it will be first of next year before we launch.

As far as I know, these are the only 2 reasons that our movies wouldn't work. Please let me know if this helps, or if you are still having issues.
