A bank manager mistakenly becomes involved in an armed robbery plot with Vietnam vet Michael and his ruthless gang. After the heist, the bank manager suddenly loses his nerve, but before he can escape with his family, Michael tracks him down, killing the man and his wife. 

When the bank manager's daughter finds important evidence against the murdering thieves, she seeks the help of Michael's sons and David, an old friend of her father's from Vietnam. Now it's up to David and the siblings to protect the girl from Michael and his gang of killers!
